Colorado Republican Congresswoman Lauren Boebert is an Islamophobic and racist extremist who said publically last week the most hateful and racist remarks of made up lies against Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar. Boebert remarks suggested that Omar was a suicide bomber, calling her a member of the “Jihad squad”. Calls to republican leadership to denounce Boebert or strip her of her committee assignments went unheeded. As a result of Boebert racist denigration of Omar and other Muslim Americans, Omar received recorded death threats on her voicemail. Boebert behaviour and actions are t must be taken very seriously as it will ultimately endanger not just Arab and Muslim Americans but also other minority groups.
